Job Title: Infrastructure Performance Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Performance Manager. As a key member of our Portfolio Performance Reporting Team, you will play a critical role in monitoring and reporting the performance of our infrastructure investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality documentation, submissions, reports, briefs, and correspondence, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Use Excel and PowerBI to prepare data and reports that support decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to senior management and relevant government stakeholders, driving continuous improvement through business intelligence tools and optimized workflows.
  • Participate in project teams to develop, implement, maintain, and review programs, policies, and procedures that support the strategic direction of the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Skilled communicator delivering complex financial and non-financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of portfolio and program management practices and processes within large organizations.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, delivering innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong skills with Excel and PowerBI.
