Product Manager for Personalization

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Core Surfaces and drive personalization for user segments.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the personalization of Core Surfaces, focused on increasing feature discoverability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the personalization of Core Surfaces.
  • Understanding user needs and behaviors through user research, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to personalize the experience, increase engagement, and drive growth.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, research, marketing, and legal to bring new features and improvements to reality.

You will have the opportunity to define and launch new features and improvements to Core Surfaces, from ideation to execution and launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in product management, launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders on landing consumer-facing products.
