Senior Design Documenter Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Documenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project coordination skills, with experience in producing high-quality design documentation.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of drafting standards, building codes/regulations, and contract requirements. The successful candidate will also be proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

In this position, you will work closely with third-party consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project standards coordination.

  • Produce comprehensive design packages for speculative and live project works, in accordance with the project brief.
  • Coordinate with third-party consultants and relevant authorities to obtain documentation in line with the project brief.
  • Undertake project administration processes for transmittals, submittals, design and construction models, shop drawings, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure documentation complies with specifications, building codes/regulations, standards, and contract requirements.
  • Work to drafting standards and provide peer review of documentation.
Requirements:

A strong background in commercial projects, with qualifications in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline is ideal. Required skills include proficiency in Revit, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
