Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing technical documents, contract deliverables, and correspondence for the program.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile defence project that will shape the future of our industry.

The position provides support with the development of SharePoint, input into LUSI, and liaison with key stakeholders within the business.

  • Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, industry regulations, and quality management policies.
  • Foster continuous improvement through feedback and adoption of best practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in document control, data entry, and document management, preferably in a Marine or Defence environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in document control, data entry, and document management.
  • Experience using Product Lifecycle Management Tool (PLM).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, sound organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of document control process, standards, systems, and processes.
