The QSR and Hospitality Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the QSR and Hospitality segment through the development of new business opportunities for cash automation and self-service solutions. This role will involve working under the guidance of the Sales Director, as part of the ANZ sales team, and managing the end-to-end process of solution selling.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing a healthy qualified pipeline of opportunities and achieving annual and quarterly budgeted targets
- Managing any contracts or MSAs related to customer orders, trials, hardware, service, and software deployment
- Identifying, entering, and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel
- Developing relationships with existing and new key decision makers, coaches, and channel partners
This role requires strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen, solution-selling abilities, and skills evidenced by documented success. You will also need to have a customer-focused behavior, consultancy, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related fintech areas
- 3-5 years in enterprise hardware sales in the Retail, Gaming, or Hospitality space
- Knowledge and experience of selling SaaS and other fintech subscription services in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas and developing funnel coverage to meet business plan objectives
