We're looking for a sales professional who can expand our customer base and build strong relationships across Australia. As a Business Growth Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer success.

About Us

We're Supy, an all-in-one inventory management platform designed for restaurants to optimise their back-of-house operations. We help over 2000 leading hospitality businesses globally, including Michelin star & 'Chef's Hat' restaurants and fast-growing QSR chains.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • To develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan to achieve targets and grow our customer base.
  • To engage proactively with potential customers through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • To deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • To build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success.
  • To work closely with the Country Manager and APAC team to tailor inventory solutions to customer needs.
  • To stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • To provide regular sales updates and insights to drive decision-making.

You'll need:

  • Experience in hospitality, inventory management, POS, or the food & beverage industry is a plus.
  • A track record of hitting sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach to sales.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
