Strategic Talent Lead

A dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Talent Lead is required to join our People and Culture team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact talent management and organisation development solutions, driving business growth through strategic workforce planning and succession management. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders, leveraging industry-leading technology capabilities to drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with the People and Culture Director and business partnering teams to deliver insight-led solutions centred on workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, active talent management, advanced talent analytics, career pathways, re-skilling, and workforce transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, data, psychology, business, or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical capability, adept with advanced data tooling and modelling solutions, using large and complex datasets – and the ability to generate insights for a senior audience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and different capabilities, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • An inclusive, customer-led approach and ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, present to senior audiences, and convey strategic concepts.
  • Highly adaptable and experienced in working in a changing organisational context.
  • Track record of proactive and creative thinking, and an innovative mindset.
  • Generative AI fluency with a keen interest to grow and learn more.
