In today's fast-paced business environment, strategic workforce planning is crucial for driving success. As a Workforce Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing plans that align with enterprise strategy, financial planning, and annual operating plan cycles.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and roll out a comprehensive workforce planning framework that takes into account the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable workforce initiatives, including build, buy, borrow, and bot strategies.
  • Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business capability through the creation of playbooks, leader enablement, and routine planning processes.

You will join the Talent Management function, reporting to a senior leadership team member. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a critical capability that has not yet been developed within the organization – bringing strategic alignment, operational impact, and scalable practices to life.
