About the Role:

As a Cluster Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT department for our three properties in the CBD. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its guests. You will work closely with business management to expedite access and better utilization of information, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities to the current team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System and Procedures: Ensure the highest possible IT service is provided to the agreed standards and best practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain standards and best practices following Hilton policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Partnering Skills: Work with Business Management to expedite access and better utilisation of information.
  • IT Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a university degree, majoring in IT, relevant certificate/s, and/or 5+ years of professional work experience in technology or a related field. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment, is advantageous. You should also have good interpersonal skills, strong administration and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
