  • You will use your expertise to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into our programs.
  • Assessment of job seeker skills, abilities, identification of barriers, and intervention strategies are critical components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reverse marketing of job seekers to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent Communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to use computer systems effectively.
  • Able to build rapport, grow, and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or be willing to obtain one.
