Job Description:

Lead a small maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment across various sites. Collaborate with external specialists and resources to develop effective, safe, and quality maintenance strategies.

Maintain preventive management and risk management strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Identify solutions to achieve site maintenance goals and provide support to the production team to resolve breakdowns efficiently.

Monitor, analyze, diagnose, and implement improvement actions to enhance maintenance processes and KPIs. Coordinate services or contractors for repairs and complete accurate records and paperwork as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in maintenance and/or trades roles. Strong safety focus with excellent communication skills. Experience in high-speed packaging, chemical, or FMCG industries is desirable.

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good attitude with a preference for being 'hands on'.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and setting up maintenance principles, practices, and systems.
