Leadership Opportunity in Regional Equipment Maintenance
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead our regional equipment maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant and assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive cost control and asset utilisation outcomes
- Collaborate with senior managers on fleet strategy and planning
- Oversee workshop performance, repairs and equipment records
- Trade qualification relevant to heavy equipment or mechanical field
- Strong leadership and operational management background
- Experience in hire, construction, transport or heavy industry
- Proficient in MS Office and computerised maintenance systems
- Excellent planning, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, auto-electrical and heavy vehicles
