
Lead Heavy Equipment Maintenance Team

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled workshop crew in the assembly, maintenance, and repairs of construction equipment.
You will be responsible for managing daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and resources, and driving a safety-first culture within the department.
- Leading a team of Workshop technicians to meet, deliver and exceed service expectations
- Driving a safety-first culture within the department
- Liaising with technical support staff and coordinating diagnostics, maintenance and repair work
- Managing work schedules and daily workshop activities to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources
- Liaise with stakeholders pertaining to machine performance, product, workmanship, and warranty
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) heavy diesel or mobile plant trade qualifications
- Earthmoving equipment experience is required
- Leadership experience in a comparable industry is desirable
- Safety first mindset - ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed, and driven from within
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships
- The ability to navigate complex technical issues to deliver high quality outcomes in repair and maintenance services with minimal to zero rework
