About the Opportunity

Lead a team of maintenance engineers to optimize equipment performance and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Asset Care team, driving compliance to preventive maintenance schedules, and managing resources to prioritize maintenance requests effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and asset care best practices, with proven experience in leading and engaging teams to adopt new methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Asset Care team and align them with manufacturing priorities.
  • Drive compliance to the asset care/preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Manage team and resources to ensure maintenance requests are prioritized appropriately.
  • Establish a rigorous asset care program using CMMS and IoT condition-based monitoring devices.
  • Manage costs within the asset care environment.
  • Maintain a high-level working environment with a strong safety culture.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and asset care best practices.
  • Ability to lead and engage teams to adopt and embed new methodologies.
