Job Title: Commercial Property Lease Manager

The City of Sydney is seeking a highly skilled commercial property lease manager to join their Property Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial office, retail and mixed-use property leases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support asset managers in meeting leasing objectives.
  • Develop detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing data.
  • Develop proactive workflows using data to inform key business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in commercial property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to instruct lawyers on lease-related legal work.
  • Demonstrated understanding of leasing legislation and compliance requirements.
