Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and developing meaningful insights that inform business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data analytics strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyzing large data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
  • Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Please note that this is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work 37.5 hours per week.

Tertiary qualification in mathematics, informatics, economics, statistics, health, analytics or a related discipline is required. Experience working within a corporate environment, in a related role, is also essential.

Demonstrated experience using business intelligence tools to analyse trends and data and an understanding of SAS, SQL, R or Python programming languages is necessary. Previous experience in health, health insurance, general insurance or finance sectors is highly regarded.
