The Data and Insights Analyst is a hands-on role within Shared Services, responsible for delivering dashboards, data models, and insights that enable operational excellence across Customer Care, Pay, and Money functions.
Reporting to the Data and Insights Manager, this role partners with operational leaders to understand performance needs, build self-service Power BI solutions, and ensure accurate data structures for better decision-making.
This position is suitable for someone with a technical mindset, working knowledge of Snowflake / Power BI, and an interest in bringing clarity to complex operational environments.
Responsibilities include: Dashboard Development & Visualization Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to operational needs.
Ensure visual outputs are user-friendly and insightful.
Align reports with Shared Services rhythms (e.g., daily flash, monthly forums).
Data Modelling & Architecture Develop and maintain data models in Power BI and Snowflake.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and reusability.
Collaborate with BI/Engineering teams for data structure alignment.
Operational Partnering Work with Ops leaders to define reporting needs and KPIs.
Support deep dives and investigations with analysis and recommendations.
Contribute to performance reviews and change initiatives.
Data Quality & Governance Ensure data accuracy through validation and testing.
Maintain documentation for data models and sources.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts.
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or BI development, proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience supporting operational environments like Contact Centres is a plus.
