Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing end-to-end analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and Power BI to provide real-time insights into customer activities, sales performance, and digital product journeys.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop analytics solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of analytics reports, metrics, and other relevant data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of Australia's energy system.
You will be responsible for delivering real-time insights into customer activities, sales performance, and digital product journeys across Web and Mobile funnels. Your expertise will help us launch new digital mobile capabilities by providing data-driven recommendations that help minimise customer contact and optimise Alinta's cost base as it evolves toward a hybrid SaaS operating model.
Your Key Skills:- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
