Job Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture and making a meaningful impact in the community.

This key position requires an experienced professional to build trusted relationships across the organisation, delivering expert HR advice and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner (aged care, NDIS or community services experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work Act, and sector-specific compliance
  • Personable, approachable, and confident in providing advice to managers and employees
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
