Job Description We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Safety Business Partner to lead safety culture, compliance, and risk initiatives in a high-risk, operational environment.
This role involves partnering across various teams to deliver meaningful safety improvements and coaching frontline leaders.
Key Focus Areas: Champion a proactive safety culture and coach teams on best practices Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver training on safety systems, fatigue management, and emergency response Engage with regulatory bodies and support audit preparations Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic safety planning Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications in WHS or a related field Experience in high-risk environments Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills In-depth knowledge of safety legislation and systems A passion for safety with a collaborative and influential mindset This is a strictly onsite role, partnering closely with operational and People & Culture teams.
