Job Overview

This is a strategic opportunity to lead our team as an efficient and compliant HR operations manager. You will oversee the delivery of people-focused HR services across payroll, recruitment, advisory, and learning administration.

About the Role
  • Lead our HR operations team, partnering with business partners to drive operational excellence and consistency in HR service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, supporting audits and reporting, and streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver on key priorities in our workforce plan and track progress, building proactive frameworks to support strategic people management.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration within the team, and partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary HR teams and delivering solutions in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience across HR operations including payroll, recruitment, advisory, and administration.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with data analysis skills to support informed decision-making.
