The Senior Manager, Implementation APAC position offers a chance to lead the Asia Pacific Implementation segment. We seek an individual who can manage high-performing teams to meet key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a team of experienced professionals.

  • Monitor and improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, technical account management, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to continuously improve product functionality based on customer feedback.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience leading an implementation or customer success team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and maintaining SLAs and other key performance metrics.
  • Data-driven approach to developing, tracking, and optimising performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and good people instincts.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when necessary.
