Accounts Payable Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team through transformation in a purpose-driven organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing Business as Usual (BAU) while supporting a major automation project.

  • Oversee Accounts Payable operations, payments, reconciliations, and expense management;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards;
  • Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system implementation;
  • Collaborate with project leads to streamline and automate Accounts Payable processes.

The successful leader will have strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, ideally in non-profit or service-based industries.

They will be a proven leader with excellent management skills, comfortable with hybrid work arrangements.

Experience with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is highly desirable.

Key qualities include being hands-on, quick to learn, adaptable, and collaborative.
