Lead Front-of-House Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing front-of-house operations, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency;
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives;
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses, achieving budget targets, and identifying areas for cost savings;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Approved Managers Card and WA RSA Certificate;
  • Strong bar and front-of-house experience, with excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms;
  • Legal right to work in Australia;
  • Hands-on, self-driven, and a true team player.
