As a Concierge at a 5-star hotel in the heart of Perth's CBD, you will deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to every guest, every time.

Providing information and advice tailored for each guest with your knowledge of Perth and local attractions is just one aspect of this role. You will also offer reservation services, oversee the management of guest luggage, mail, and taxi services, and work as part of a team on a rotating shift basis in a fast-paced environment.
