As a customer-centric leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. This permanent part-time position comes with a Sunday to Thursday roster, working 35 hours per week.

Our Jindalee store is seeking an experienced team leader who can ensure seamless store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven service, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized customer experiences that meet and exceed expectations
  • Leading a team of six to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and stock management

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will also be confident in their product knowledge and able to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
