This role will see you working closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to optimise guest satisfaction and ensure seamless daily operations. You will be responsible for training and mentoring Team Members to enhance their skills and confidence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume environments, is highly desirable.

Requirements
