Job Role: Trade Operations Specialist

The Credit Desk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clearing desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of trades into various clearing venues.
  • Perform daily reconciliation between VCONs and trades completed.
  • Resolve queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations.
  • Assist with settlements, including maintaining client details and summarised brokerage lists.
  • Provide reports to management as required.

Essential Skills:

  • General understanding of multiple asset classes, including futures, interest rates, FX forwards, capital markets, and money markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the trading floor.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience managing trade flow from a financial services background.
  • Knowledge of products and ability to communicate effectively with institutional customers.
