Quantitative Futures Trader Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Quantitative Futures Trader to design and implement end-to-end statistical arbitrage strategies across futures markets, leveraging our in-house infrastructure and dedicated development team.

This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to shape and deploy your own strategies within a proven and scalable trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our ETF market-making desk to align trading efforts and share insights.
  • Proactively research and identify new trading opportunities, with a focus on driving consistent PnL growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, with a proven track record in high-pressure environments.
  • Advanced programming skills, ideally in Python and/or C++.
  • Deep expertise in probability, statistics, and numerical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – we're a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading dynamics.
  • A strong academic background in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM-related discipline.
