Make a Positive Impact

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Community Advocate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and their families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to young people, helping them set and achieve goals through community-based activities
  • Assisting with supervised transport, ensuring young people reach school or engage in community activities safely
  • Accompanying young people during supervised contact visits with family members
  • Offering respite and in-home support to families experiencing adversity, helping establish and maintain routines
  • Being part of a team that provides overnight residential care support to children and young people in need

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Employee Working with Children Check
  • A current National Police Check
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A current driver's license (P1 & P2 accepted) with access to a safe and reliable vehicle
  • A relevant industry qualification (minimum Cert IV)
