Regional Development Strategist

We seek an experienced Strategic Planner to lead our regional growth and development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic land use planning, economic development, and environmental matters.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team covering various aspects of regional development;
- Develop and implement comprehensive land use plans and initiatives;
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution;
- Offer expert advice on operational improvements and stay updated on planning assessment processes;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective support and guidance.
Success in this role requires at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning. You should possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization. A high level of political awareness is necessary to understand and support our vision while ensuring alignment with legislative frameworks. Proven technical expertise in delivering planning schemes, amendments, and projects is essential, along with solid leadership capabilities to manage and guide the team.
