Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Service Development Strategist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategies with partners at all levels, driving change and customer satisfaction.

About The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane and work closely with sales and operations teams to identify growth opportunities and assist in developing strategies for business improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence business development activities for services across the region
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow market share within the services business
  • Analyse sales trends and data to develop initiatives for growth locally and nationally
  • Support the development, project management and implementation of national business improvement initiatives
  • Conduct analytical reviews to support local branch management in identifying areas of improvement and growth
  • Coach, lead and mentor regional service sales teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or project management with a track record of growing and improving business
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills (advanced Excel is a must)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/engineering or trade preferred
  • Understanding of the mining/construction market will be an advantage but is not essential
  • Senior business-level communication and presentation skills
