Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Inclusion Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and embedding of our inclusion strategy across our global network, with a focus on the APAC region.

About this Opportunity:

As an Inclusion Strategist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our inclusion strategy, including overseeing existing programs and providing strategic direction to internal networks and chairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of our inclusion strategy
  • Provide strategic direction to internal networks and chairs to ensure they are creating impact and meeting their objectives
  • Communicate progress on inclusion initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule and deliver successful client events, including promotion and attendance management
  • Lead the delivery of inclusion benchmark reporting in the APAC region

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience driving inclusion outcomes, either in an IDB role or through adjacent experience
  • A track record in delivering change initiatives and process improvements in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with sound judgment
  • Confident and approachable, with excellent negotiation and influence skills
  • Discrete, diplomatic, and confidential when dealing with colleague and client information
