Job Description

As an Administrative Project Coordinator, you will join a Federal Government Agency based in Robina. This is a 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.

Your New Role

  • You will be responsible for undertaking financial administration, including facilitating payment of invoices, receipt of goods, and reconciliation of financial data.
  • Prepare periodic reports, incorporating end-of-month journal processing to provide timely insights.
  • Work closely with local leaders to build staff capability through coaching and training.
  • Analyze trends and prepare project briefs to support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and briefing papers, as well as assist in the preparation of technical documents.
  • Draft a range of written materials, including business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation for review.
  • Assist with identifying and managing project risks, issues, and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have:

  • Project delivery experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Learning Management System knowledge desirable.
