Opportunity for an experienced project administrator to join commercial construction Company on the Gold Coast

**Your new role**
Your main responsibility is to provide administration support to the Construction Manager to effectively carry out operational work and coordinate the delivery of all tenders and projects. Other tasks include Contract administration, document control, collation of tender material, submitting/ managing tenders, creating/updating site files, cost tracking (excel), monthly reporting, cost comparisons, job forecasting, managing safety documentation and raising purchase orders.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- This role requires an individual that has a strong foundation of Commercial construction Project Administration experience. It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role.
- The successful applicant will have exceptional organisation and communication skills. You will be able to work well within a tight-knit team, have the ability to adapt to a blue-collar environment and be an expert in prioritising your workload. You will be confident in the Microsoft Office suite and be able to pick up new software systems quickly.
