About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative media strategies that deliver business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Lead a team of media strategists and planners to deliver high-quality work products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a strong background in media buying and planning
  • Proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns that drive business results
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
