Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial communications strategies for ASX-listed clients to reach key capital market audiences.
  • Manage a full range of strategic communications services, including media pitching, financial calendar communications, and crisis management.
  • Advise clients on communication best-practices and position them to relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide coaching to junior team members.
  • Contribute to internal and client meetings by offering strategic and creative insights.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, equities research, M&A, or ECM, or financial journalism.
  • Strong time and priority management skills and ability to juggle multiple client accounts.
  • Ability to convey information effectively and accurately, verbally and in writing across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical approach, with an uncompromising attitude to quality.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to be a self-starter.
  • Team player with ability to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities.
