About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategic Communications to join our team at FTI Consulting, Inc. in Melbourne or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial communications strategies for ASX-listed clients to reach key capital market audiences.
  • Manage a full range of strategic communications services, including media pitching, financial calendar communications, and crisis management.
  • Advise clients on communication best-practices and position them to relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide coaching to junior team members.
  • Contribute to internal and client meetings with strategic and creative insights.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ASX or publicly listed companies, and exposure to investor relations and capital markets activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical approach.
  • Ability to convey information effectively and accurately across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Power Point, Excel, and Word.
