At Epiroc Drilling Solutions LLC, we are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Director to join our team in Perth, Western Australia or Örebro, Sweden. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and coordination of our Orebody Solutions Product Lines manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production and operations, with strong leadership skills and experience working with international teams. They will be responsible for creating a safety-first culture, staying up-to-date with industry regulations, and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of personal drive, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to work proactively to achieve results.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $140,000 and $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the entire manufacturing process from sourcing to final product delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures
  • Implementing and maintaining best practices in manufacturing processes to optimize production output
  • Managing and optimizing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Developing and managing P&L and B/S for the manufacturing operations
