About the Opportunity

We seek a seasoned R&D leader with strategic vision, product development expertise, and commercial experience to lead our Research and Development function. As Executive R&D Director, you will be responsible for advancing technology and product development, driving commercialization, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals and priorities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing R&D team to achieve departmental and individual objectives
  • Provide scientific leadership, direction, and advice to stakeholders, including the CEO, board members, and external partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, investors, media, and public
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's and Doctoral qualifications in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Genetics, or a related field
  • Significant experience in leading, planning, budgeting, managing, and reporting on research programs focused on cell therapy/immuno-oncology
  • Proven ability to articulate research vision, develop research strategies, and prepare development plans with milestones
  • Established R&D track record, credibility, and reputation in cancer therapeutics and/or diagnostics
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
