Senior Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture expert to contribute to our continued growth. This role involves coordinating all activities relating to the employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, onboarding, training, personal development plans, and exits.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard new employees while ensuring a positive experience.
- Support team members with queries and requests related to their employment.
- Maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Provide accurate employee records and data insights to Management.
- Coordinate HR activities for efficient business operations.
- Create a safe and positive work environment through engagement with management and employees.
- Focus on diversity and inclusion within the working environment.
- Research and implement People and Culture projects, such as our Wellness Program.
- Organise rewards, recognition, social programs, and events.
- Deliver various People and Culture activities like Employee Check-ins, Training, and Engagement Surveys.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A strong professional work ethic and presentation.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be able to think critically and strategically, and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
