Customer Care Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer care in a hearing specialist clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
  • Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts, promoting the clinic and its services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and solid administrative background, along with a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
