The Workforce Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of our organization by overseeing various employee lifecycle activities. These include recruitment, onboarding, training, personal development plans, and exit processes.
This role will also involve researching and implementing innovative initiatives to foster a positive work environment, strong employee relationships, and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
- Respond to employment-related queries and requests from colleagues.
- Foster trust and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, providing valuable insights and reports to Management.
- Streamline HR processes to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to creating a safe, positive work environment through collaboration with Management and employees in achieving HR Policy and Procedures.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Research, strategize, and implement Workforce Development Projects, including our Wellness Program.
- Organize rewards, recognition, social programs, and events.
- Deliver Workforce Development activities, such as Employee Check-ins, Training, and Engagement Surveys.
- Maintain and implement HR policy, procedures, and guidelines.
