Park Development Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Development Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of major organisational projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the management of Park Development activities and the management team by assisting in plans and initiatives to meet or exceed project milestones.
- Run the PD&O inbox and triage all enquiries.
- Arrange general administration items for PD&O team in line with company requirements.
- Co-ordinate and manage progress of Client Construction Orders including redemption of deferred revenue items.
- Develop and maintain the schedule of projects to support effective completion of all scheduled tasks and activities.
- Support the achievement of Project deliverables.
- Ensure regular and appropriate communication between key stakeholders.
- Manage Project documentation and associated files.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to project delivery effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise issues.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, MS teams).
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Must have one car, driver's license and willing to travel, sometimes interstate.
- Degree in project management – desirable however not essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
