As a Park Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of major organisational projects within InvoCare. This Sydney based opportunity offers a full time position with strong development prospects.

InvoCare is a market leader in the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

About the Role:

This key administrative role involves managing key tasks, including document distribution, report collation and communication support. To succeed, you'll require excellent communication skills, a knack for building strong relationships and proven experience in meeting challenging deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate management activities and assist in plans to meet project milestones.
  • Manage the PD&O inbox and triage all enquiries.
  • Arrange general administration items for the PD&O team.
  • Co-ordinate and manage progress of Client Construction Orders.
  • Develop and maintain schedules to support task completion.
  • Support project deliverables.
  • Ensure regular communication between stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and files.

About You:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, MS teams).
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.

Educational Requirements:

A degree in project management is desirable but not essential.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
