The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), specifically Helpdesk Systems, is also highly desirable. Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities include creating positive interactions with staff, visitors, and contractors through warm welcomes and genuine conversations; utilizing technology tools to support employee requests and tickets; organizing meeting room bookings and ensuring their preparedness; planning and executing events to activate spaces and boost engagement; providing coverage at the Reception desk as required; performing regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and functionality; and fostering an open environment that encourages conversation and feedback.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located on-site in North Ryde, NSW, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and enjoy a fulfilling career with a global leader in real estate.
