Role Overview:

We seek a skilled Executive Assistant to support a Partner and lawyers in our high-performing Corporate Advisory team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional diary and email management, monthly billing, document management, client liaison, e-filing processes, travel arrangements, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and email management
  • Monthly billing and document management
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • E-filing processes and travel arrangements
  • Ad hoc administration duties

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary
  • High reliability, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate team needs
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
