About Our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate/Senior Associate to join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team.
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be involved in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. You will deliver successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors across various sectors.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions, develop your skills, and build strong relationships with our clients and lawyers across all offices.
Requirements
- Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a top-tier firm
- Ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
- Excellent academic credentials
- Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
