Key Responsibilities:

  • "][li>Acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence."][li>Advising on general commercial and corporations law matters."][li>Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts."][li>Advising on corporate restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory compliance."][li>Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators, including FIRB, ACCC and ASIC."][li>Contributing to business development and marketing activities, as well as legal precedents."][li>Involvement in the supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and law graduates, fostering their professional development and growth within our team."]"][/ul>">
