About the Position

As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations across multiple departments, supervising front-of-house staff, and ensuring service excellence and presentation standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations across bars, bistro, café, gaming, and function spaces.
  • Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff to ensure service excellence and presentation standards.
  • Maintaining compliance with venue policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing cash handling, incident reporting, and providing on-the-spot leadership during peak trade.
  • Delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience and contributing to ongoing venue improvement.
  • Working a rotating roster aligned with club operating hours.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
  • Current RMLV, RSA, RSG, Approved Managers License, and Police Check.
  • Strong people skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience leading teams in high-volume environments.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality/club operations.
  • A willingness to grow and learn.
